Do you provide International delivery?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail whether nationally or internationally. Please see the below table for delivery cost information:

1st Class Signed for- £3.20- £4.40

2nd Class Signed For- £2.50- £3.90

Special Delivery- £7.25

Europe

First Class- £3.60- £5.50

Rest of the World

How do I return an item?

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty or damaged

Although we strive to have happy customers, we understand that sometimes you might be less than delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return your item due to it being faulty or damaged in the post, then please provide written confirmation within 14 days of receipt of your items, either by letter or email. A refund, excluding shipping costs will be issued via your chosen payment method within 5 working days.

In your email request for a return please include the following information.

1. Order number
2. Reason for return 
3. Your name and email address you ordered under.

Used goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged, used items cannot be returned after 28 days.

What is your returns policy?

 

We really hope you are pleased with your items, however we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will cover the cost of the return postage, and either provide you with an exchange or full refund depending on the circumstances. Prior to returning your goods please email us a photograph of the fault for your return to be authorised.

3. Your name and email address you ordered under.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain proof of postage for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

should your order be returned to us by Royal Mail due to the incorrect address being provided, it not being collected from your local sorting office or a re-delivery arranged within the time frames set out by royal mail  we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order. your order will be re-sent out to you at your own cost or a refund, excluding shipping costs will be issued via your chosen payment method within 5 working days.

What payment method can I use?

we accept all major credit or debit cards through Paypal Services. Please note that you are not required to have an account with Paypal to pay this way on the  website. There is a ‘pay with card’ option at PayPal checkout. 

No personal details are held.

Safety and Care Advice

These items are hand made and still need to be treated gently, these can withstand normal use but will break if mistreated or pulled at, Luxe Sparkle can not be held responsible.

Due to the handmade nature of this item there may be slight differences in products and texture.

Can I modify my order after is has been placed?

We try our best to accommodate modifications to orders. We can also add of to orders if they have not been started and combine postage. Please contact before placing further orders for information on this. Please understand adding items may not always be possible and can delay your order.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once the order has been shipped.

When should I expect my order?

Your order will be made and dispatched, in most cases, hair bows within 3-5 working days and personalised items 10-14  working days following receipt of payment. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in the turnaround time. 

What do I do if my order is lost?

All our delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other courier. If your order is urgent then we recommend using a tracked service.

Should your item be lost in transit we can offer a replacement order after the sufficient time set out by Royal Mail has past. No refunds will be given on lost orders

 

Can I track my order?

 

we send all our parcels via Royal Mail Signed for, this service cannot be tracked. if you would like to track your order please select Special Delivery (UK) or Tracked (international) when checking out.

Do you offer a rush service?

 

yes we do! 

This service is £5.00 If you add the Rush My Order to your basket along with any other items you would like. 

By adding the Rush My Order listing to your order this shortens our turnaround time to 1 working days before dispatch!

we do strive to keep most colours in stock however we do advise you check before hand info.luxesparkle@gmail.com or you can use the contact us option on our home page. Please bare in mind that during busy times such as Christmas this service may not be available.
