Thank you for continuing to shop small and supporting the small businesses during these difficult times. As many of you know we decided to close the website in March so that we could adjust to lockdown life. Now that we are open again I would like to make you aware of a few important things.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 some of the vital materials that I use to make our mini bags are currently unavailable with my trusted supplier, therefore, I have taken the decision to remove these from the website until the stock becomes available.
My post office drops will remain the same and were physically possible I will be dropping orders off at the post office every Tuesday and Friday.
Let's talk about turnaround times!
Personalised Muslin Blankets have a 10-14 working day turnaround, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Hair Wear have a 7 working day turnaround, this does not include weekends or bank holidays however the majority of our hair wear are ready to post
Personalised Plaques have a slightly longer turnaround time than previously. The turnaround on these will now be 14-21 working days. As these are outsourced from a small family business who are experiencing a high demand for their products and also are adhering to the social distancing guidelines, unfortunately, we cannot rush these orders.
All our orders are sent via Royal Mail. You may be experiencing some delays with the postal service in your area, don't worry we are constantly keeping an eye on the situation. Royal Mail is working as hard as they can whilst also keeping their staff safe during these difficult times. we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order is with the Royal Mail. We have decided to remove the 2nd Class and Special Delivery posting options from the website, 1st class is the only method available at this time.
